Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American singer-actress. She has won numerous awards for her roles as Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard, respectively in Nashville (2012). In addition, she played the principal character Jerrica Jem Betnton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She also has an older sister named Ally. Aubrey performed in The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for 10 years. Her graduation from Lake Mary Preparatory School was an address to the class' valedictory in 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent on her entry again the second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a regular on television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples disclosed that she suffers from bipolar disorder during an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples in September 2014 as one of America's best young actors.
