Ashley Ortega is an actress in the Philippines. Ashley Ortega was born on December 26, 1998, in San Fernando, La Union. Ashley Ortega is a Filipino actress. Asha is a graduate of the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was granted an Fulbright to pursue constitutional change in Bogota. She earned her law degree through Yale Law School, where she was a Coker Fellow and a law clerk to Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted into both the State Bars of New York and Connecticut in 2003. Asha is a frequent contributor to ABC News and has written opinion pieces for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. Asha is also a board member of Just Security, and she's an Council of Foreign Relations member.
