Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on the 19th of November, 1973 in London. Sandrine Holt is the daughter of Chinese parents and French mothers. Toronto Canada has been home to her since she was five. Before she became an actress, she was modelled in Paris catwalk model. Her debut film was Annuka as Annuka in Black Robe (1991). She was nominated as a Canadian Oscar nominee for this role. The movies Rapa Nui Rise in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer followed as well as guest performances on Poltergeist The Uncanny Force and Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. For 22 episodes she was a major part in John Woo's The Thief. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation and Resident Evil Apocalypse were released in 2004, but only available on DVDVHS. After playing a few smaller parts in 24 Twenty Four, Runaway and a few other films she received her first bigger role as a main character. The career of Holt began when she appeared in guest-starring roles on television and in smaller films. Holt then took the role of a leader in Hostages In 2013, as well as a supporting character part of Netflix's House of Cards. The Returned, the US version of The Returned, Holt played Julie Han. She was also cast in Dr. Bethany Exner in 2015.
